Currently the suite will work with most browsers.

 

  • Internet Explorer 10+ is recommended
  • Firefox 3 +
  • Chrome (tested with V.32) No Longer supports ftp downloads so will not download .zip files


There are documented design issues with IE 6- IE 8.


User login sessions will timeout after 30 minutes no matter what you are doing. If you are logged out automatically, log back in and see if your results have been processed before running another or the same report.
